The Talking Shrimpers Podcast is responsible for how your newsletter information is used. To ask a privacy question, use the contact form when it is available or email us at talkingshrimperspodcast@gmail.com.
What we collect and why
We collect the email address you enter so we can send the Talking Shrimpers newsletter by email. We rely on the clear, unticked consent you give when you submit the signup form.
Services involved
Resend stores the email as a contact and processes newsletter delivery. Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated abuse without receiving the newsletter form entries. Vercel hosts the site and runs the signup route, so it processes the request and operational request information.
Retention and unsubscribe
We keep your contact in Resend while you remain subscribed. You can use the unsubscribe link in a newsletter or contact us to withdraw your consent. An unsubscribe or suppression record may remain so that choice can be honoured and unwanted sends can be prevented.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information. We may retain only what is reasonably needed to honour an unsubscribe, protect the service or meet a legal obligation. We do not sell your information.
